Our Menus

Our menu begins with what is fresh and in season.

We work with local farms, fishermen, and trusted purveyors to source beautiful ingredients from Santa Cruz and the surrounding Central Coast. From seasonal vegetables and sustainable seafood to quality meats and poultry, we let the ingredients guide our cooking.

Our kitchen makes fresh pasta, focaccia, sauces, and desserts in house, combining traditional Italian techniques with the ingredients and flavors of California.

Because we cook with the seasons, our menu evolves throughout the year—giving our guests something new to discover each time they visit.
